Each ship’s log tells us a different era.
In the first chapter, Nik wanders through “New York” between ’20s and ’30s of the previous century; in the second one, he takes the “Around the World in 180 Days” journey spanning from 1930 to 1940; finally, in the third chapter, he embarks on the “Tour of Italy” in the 1940s and 1950s before returning to the “American Dreams“. While in America he discover the current cocktail list at Nik’s & Co: he mixes new ingredients and botanicals to create original flavours.
