Nik, a young Englishman of Italian origins, works as a Bartender in the British capital. When he decides to embark on the adventure of his life, he begins to write ship’s logs in which he tell us about events and encounters that actually happened during his travels around the world. Along his journey, Nik meets characters from the past and witnesses some of the most important historical moments, which become a source of inspiration for Nik’s&co’s cocktail menu new elixirs.
From his open kitchen, Chef Paolo Bertin takes customers “around the world” exploring creative dishes inspired by different countries across the globe. Contemporary, creative, and versatile: that’s how our Chef defines his style, interpreting ingredients and raw materials with a personal touch and international vision.
